What did we do... the first steps..

- Pre-planning consultation with concerned agencies (through phones, meetings, etc.)

- Conducted a workshop to finalize COSOP with line agencies and oversight agencies and other project stakeholders (aligning with the country key strategic objective -MTPDP, thrusts and priorities;

- Presented the draft COSOP in the High Level Consultation Meeting participated in by the Department Heads, officials;

- Involved the government in supervision - IFAD and NEDA Joint Supervision Mission
