Inset of this picture is Second Prize of Photograph Competition at the Regional Conference on Localization of MDGs organized United Nations in Colombo in November 2007.
The picture shows a road being constructed by local poor people themselves under an IFAD-funded project titled " Ha Tinh Rural Development Project". Holder of the picture is Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, Country Programme Officer, IFAD Vietnam who presented the project success story selected by UNDP as one of the 20 most successful poverty reduction projects in Asia.
